  • Content Queen

    Ruthie is a New York City native and the founder of At Large Agency. An NYU graduate with a background in computer science and journalism, Ruthie learned the art of scrappiness during her college years, a skill she's carried through her career.

    Starting as a news anchor's personal assistant, she went on to hold editorial roles at powerhouse publications like ELLE and InStyle and made her mark on the brand side at The Row and CHANEL. Now, she helms At Large Agency, bringing her wealth of experience and tenacity to the forefront. When she's not leading her team or taking her coffee black, you'll find her at her apartment (she’s a self-proclaimed homebody, likely napping). She currently resides in Harlem with her husband and their lovable, albeit overweight, cat Gracie.

  • Partnerships Powerhouse

    Nikki is At Large’s dynamic mix of partnership maestro, event orchestrator, and self-proclaimed numbers nerd, hailing from Northern New Jersey. Lehigh University alumna; her accounting degree taught her two things: the importance of relationships and that her heart was not in accounting.

    She cut her teeth in the start-up scene with roles at twobirds Bridesmaid and TILE Financial. As VP of Community at HATCH Collective, she thrived on connecting people and businesses while finding joy and meaning in the less glamorous realms of accounting and operations.

    Away from the thrill of work, Nikki savors life with husband Evan and son Ryder. She's the lady who'll be asleep by 9pm, but not before a Beyonce jam session. Her survival kit includes a Kindle for deserted island escapades, a daily matcha fix, and a steadfast loyalty to avocado toast. Still, on the hunt for a fun fact, Nikki proves that life is indeed a treasure hunt.

    Juliet is an eclectic mix of scope wrangler, strategic mastermind, and creative visionary who swapped the beaches of Miami for the Lower East Side. Juliet, a University of Denver alumni, navigated her way through a Strategic Communication major, where she honed her communication skills and discovered that at-home hair experiments are a no-go.

    Juliet thrives on sculpting unique, strategic visions for clients, ensuring their brands stand out in a world that embraces "one size fits all" a little too eagerly. When she's not breathing life into brands or managing the intricacies of client scopes, Juliet can be found indulging in her fixation on apple cider vinegar. Her desert island survival kit would undoubtedly feature her inhaler, with a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and a coffee with cow's milk, NO sugar.
